How to Use

They are typically bolted to the top or against the side of concrete or brick walls using coach screws and plugs.
Flush Bolt-down post anchors also allow posts to be mounted on flat concrete areas, although standard bolt-down post anchors, with wider fixing plates, are generally better for this function.
Installation Tips

If you are mounting a flush bolt down on top of a wall, position it in the centre of the wall. Keep the fixings as far away from the wall edge as possible.

Mounting fencing on top of a wall without regular supporting piers is generally not a good idea. Keep the fencing as low as possible to reduce the strain on the wall's top.

Recommended Aftercare

It is a good idea to regularly check Flush Bolt-Downs fixings and the surrounding concrete or brickwork for signs of the bolt-down becoming loose.
