Metal Shutting Post for Seven Bar Metal Field Gates

Galvanised metal shutting posts for use with wood or metal field gates.
Each post is two metres (6'6") long and 115mm in diameter (4 1/2″).

These posts are suitable for use with most standard wooden five- or six-bar gates and metal seven-bar gates fitted with a Spring bolt-style catch.
The posts have a slot cut for the Springbolt catch pin.

How to Use

These posts are concreted into the ground in the same way as any gate post.
Installation Tips

To increase stability and to stop the post from being pulled out, drill several holes around the base and insert bolts or long screws. The post is then concreted in as normal.
